What payment options do I have?
You can use all common payment options displayed at the bottom of the website!
How does my ordering process work?
Once we have reviewed your order and received your payment, we will begin manufacturing your product. Your product will then be shipped to your specified address via DHL, Deutsche Post, or UPS. You can find further information in your user account.
Can I change my order afterwards?
If you let us know in time, we can of course change that.

3) SHIPPING
How does shipping work?
We generally ship our products with DHL and Deutsche Post. If you have any issues with the shipping provider in your area, please let us know, and we will ship your product with a different shipping provider.
Speed of shipping
Unfortunately, we have no control over the shipping speed! Nor do we have any influence over it. Unfortunately, the shipping companies have been completely overwhelmed since the coronavirus pandemic. Please be patient! Every package arrives! If there are any problems, we will be contacted! And we'll keep you updated!
Pre-Christmas period
Unfortunately, shipping routes are currently completely overwhelmed. The post office and DHL are currently advising that you can expect up to 14 days in some cases. Therefore, we ask for your patience. Everything will arrive! And if there are any other problems, such as an incorrect address, we, as a DHL partner, will get everything back and inform you! Don't worry. As a manufacturer, we stand for very high customer satisfaction!
4) COMPLAINTS, EXCHANGES & RETURNS
What should I do if my product is defective?
Since all our products are handmade, defects may occur in rare cases. Please always follow our cancellation policy!
How can I return my product?
You can return your product within 30 days of receipt, provided it is unused. Please fill out the return form and send the product and the form to the address provided. You will be responsible for the shipping costs in this case. We're sorry that your product didn't work for you. So we can continue to improve, please send us your feedback in the contact section.
Is it possible to exchange my product for a different model?
An exchange is possible, but not particularly conducive to sustainable behavior. Once the product arrives, you will receive either your money back or a replacement product! Please follow our cancellation policy in all cases!
Wrong size?
No problem! Use the cancellation form! 1. Print it out. 2. Fill it out with the desired size. 3. Pack the item as it arrived. 4. Post it. 5. Return it. 6. (1-3 business days processing time) Upon receipt, it will be reshipped!
